| Sam Shannon, General Manager
Sam holds four Bachelor of Science degrees with over 38 years of heavy utility and petrochemical experience. He worked four years in construction and service on the Alaskan oil pipeline. He provided engineering support and services across the energy industry in 36 countries with the DCA group. He provided 12 years of continuous service to the Bishop Corp as the Construction Manager. At CDK Contracting, Sam was the lead Construction Manager for 3 years. CDK worked in mining, steel mills and petrochemical industries. After leaving CDK Sam was the Construction Manager for Fru-con. The Fru-con Corporation preformed EPC projects on power generation, waste water and numerous infrastructure facilities. During the last three years, Sam was the Director of Wind Power with Turner Brothers Cranes and Rigging.

| Dave Tedford, V.P. Environmental Health & Safety
Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is certified in Process Safety Management (PSM) Facilitator, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Facilitator, and LEED Accredited Professional. He is trained in EPA SWPPP, EPA Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, Environmental Site Assessment ASTM E1527-05, Property Condition Assessment ASTM E2018-08, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and International Standards of Operation (ISO 9001). He has over 13 years of experience in all facets of energy, OSHA, EPA, State and local compliance. He was previously employed at Vance Air Force Base for Northrop Grumman Worldwide Technical Services as the base Environmental Engineer for Cardinal Engineering as a Project Manager and for ProActive IA as CEO. While at ProActive, he completed compliance audits and training at various North American wind sites.

| Malone Mitchell 3rd, Principal Investor
Mr. Mitchell founded Riata Energy (now SandRidge Energy) in 1985 with an initial investment of $500. During his role as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Riata Energy grew to become one of the largest privately held energy companies and the largest privately held land driller in the US and had significant midstream and tertiary oil production operations. In June 2006, Mr. Mitchell sold a controlling interest in Riata Energy and assumed the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mitchell resigned from daily management in the company in December 2006 and founded both Riata Management and Longfellow Energy. Mr. Mitchell graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Mitchell is also actively involved in the venture capital and agriculture businesses.

| Monte Bell, CEO, Integra Wind Services
Mr. Bell joined Riata Management in February 2007 where he is responsible for the technical review and management evaluation of prospective alternative and renewable energy investments for the company. He was previously employed by SandRidge Energy (formerly Riata Energy) as Vice President, Midstream from July 2000 to February 2007, where he was responsible for the company's purchase and sale of energy products, acquisition and management of midstream assets related to natural gas and carbon dioxide systems. He has over 23 years experience in the electric utility and natural gas industries. He was previously employed with KN Energy Marketing and Southwestern Public Service Company. He obtained a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985 from Texas Tech University and an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from University of Colorado in 1994.

| Mike Burnett, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Burnett joined Riata Management in January 2007. He served as the CFO for Riata Energy from January 1996 to September 2006 and Treasurer for SandRidge Energy from September 2006 to January 2007. He was previously employed in the banking industry from 1982 through 1995 in Oklahoma & Arkansas. He obtained a B.S. in 1982 from Oklahoma State University and a M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University in 1984.

| Barbara Pope, Vice President Accounting
Mrs. Pope's career with Riata Management began in 2006. She was previously the Vice President of Accounting for Riata Energy from 1997 to 2006. Her responsibilities include investment analysis and oversight of the accounting staff. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1976. Her 30 years of experience includes Phillips Petroleum, Kerr McGee Oil & Gas and Collis Manufacturing. She also has served as treasurer for numerous 501(c)(3) companies.
